In this regard, our school hosts monthly meetings and outreach activities aimed at combating bad habits. As noted at the meeting, the ongoing work to ensure a healthy lifestyle in our dear Homeland has borne fruit. Thanks to the efforts of the distinguished president, Turkmenistan is today known for its unprecedented efforts to reduce harmful practices such as smoking and drug addiction.Under the leadership of our hero Arkadag, there is an uncompromising fight against things that have a detrimental effect on human health, such as tobacco. In our country, sanatoriums, numerous health centers equipped with modern equipment, and sports complexes are being built and put into operation. Currently, sports and a healthy lifestyle are chosen in the Turkmen society as the best way to combat bad habits.
A strong focus on physical education and sports allows our young people to engage in a variety of sports to improve their skills and avoid bad habits.
The fact that the students of our school successfully performed at sports competitions and won many prizes is also a sure path for the younger generation. During the meeting, in addition to explaining the harmful effects of bad habits on human health, it was also said that they adversely affect the well-being of the family. In addition, the issues of proper nutrition and the work carried out in this direction were discussed.
At the maslahat, it was noted that in the books of our esteemed President, great importance is attached not only to physical, but also to mental health. We thank the esteemed Arkadag for taking care of the youth.
